Tropical House

Tropical House is an apartment in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, 3.0 km from the centre, with fully equipped kitchens and four layouts from 30 to 42 m². It suits travellers who want their own kitchen and a base in a leafy residential district, with cafés and local markets close by.

Each apartment has one large king-size bed for up to two guests, a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. The 42 m² Deluxe Apartment is the largest, the 40 m² Deluxe Apartment is the only one with a balcony, and the 30 m² Superior Apartment and the 38 m² Deluxe Apartment each have a separate living room beside the bedroom.

Reception is staffed around the clock, and the building has a lift, daily housekeeping, laundry and ironing services, room service and 24-hour security. The property is non-smoking throughout, and free WiFi is available in the rooms. There is no parking on site.

The Superior Apartment and the 38 m² Deluxe Apartment have a separate living room beside the bedroom, while the 42 m² and 40 m² Deluxe Apartments are one bedroom with a seating area. Only the 40 m² Deluxe Apartment has a balcony, and the three Deluxe Apartments add a microwave to the kitchen.

Tropical House offers a practical range of services for a self-catering stay. The 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, ironing service and laundry are on site, together with room service and a lift. Security is covered by 24-hour security staff, a security alarm and key access, and the property is non-smoking throughout. The property also has a terrace and offers family rooms.

Inside the apartments, the facilities cover the kitchen and bathroom: a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware and electric kettle, along with a private bathroom with a bath or shower, towels, slippers, a hairdryer and free toiletries. The Nhà thờ Vườn Xoài church is 150 m away and the Chùa Long Vĩnh pagoda 200 m, while the Dog Park, 350 m away, is a place for walking dogs.

Tropical House is 3.0 km from the city centre, and the main transport links are close. Saigon Railway Station, 650 m away, is the southern terminus of the north–south railway, so trains from other cities arrive there. Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 2.6 km away and handles the city's main international flights, while the Bến xe Thành Bưởi - Vĩnh Viễn bus station is 2.5 km away. Each is a short taxi or ride-hailing trip from the building.
